Reference photos, tolerance requirements, finish expectations, and quantity reviewed. Fixed quote issued.

Days 2–3

Sculpted in ZBrush or engineered in Blender. Geometry review sent for your sign-off before any resin moves.

Slice & Prep

Day 4

Print profile chosen — SLA for detail, FDM for size and structural strength. Supports and orientation optimized.

Days 4–6

Layer-by-layer build at 25μ resolution. Mid-print quality check on longer runs. Failed layers reprinted, not shipped.

Finish & Ship

Day 7

UV cure, support removal, sanding, priming, paint, and seal. You receive a finished piece — not a raw print.

What every order includes.

Model-first, print-second. We sculpt and engineer in CAD before a single drop of resin is poured — geometry sign-off required.
SLA + FDM, chosen correctly. Resin at 25μ for intricate detail. FDM for large structural builds where layer anisotropy matters.
Post-processing in-house. UV cure, support removal, sanding, priming, painting. You get a display-ready piece, not a raw print.
Short-run production. Need 50 units? 200? We batch, finish, and quality-check them under a single contract with no per-unit tooling cost.
STL/STEP/OBJ source files delivered. Your design, your intellectual property — the source files ship with the finished pieces.
